The Process of a Custom Party

Initial Phone Consultation – We will start off with up to a 1 hour phone consult. During this consult you will provide us with the details of your party. We will discuss everything imaginable, themes, colors, entertainment, food everything. We will discuss your budget based on your preferences. At the conclusion of the call we will send you a small questionnaire to fill out to get a little more personal. Once we receive your questionnaire we will develop your quote based on your budget and wants. We want to collect as much detail as possible so that we can plan and design a perfect custom event.

Site Visit – Once we have finalized contracts and agreed on your budget we will come out to the event space and observe that space. We will need to take photos and video of the space so that we can have a live reference and be able to get specific measurements.

Party Design – Once we have visited the venue and know what we are working with we can begin to design your one of a kind event. We will research and plan your event based on our consult and your questionnaire. We will then provide you with several options pertaining to all aspects of your desired event. Our goal is to always make sure we are creating events that will be remembered for years to come. Making memories and creating special moments is what we do best.

The Fees

We charge a flat fee based on planning, design,and the scope of your event. Our custom event planning fees start at $1000 and go up depending on the size, details and complexity of your event. Please keep in mind that this is our planning services only fees. The client is responsible for any additional fees pertaining to services, materials, and staffing of the event. These are things like rentals, decor, vendor services and any other costs for services and vendors for your party will be an additional fee. Most of our customers normally have about a $3000-$4000 minimum starting budget for their events.
